Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Carriers: USPS or UPS, depending on location and package size.
Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your address before submitting.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us at
nkuskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade and used on the body, we do not accept returns or
exchanges once opened. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us
within 7 days and provide:
Your order number
A photo of the item
We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
